Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer of your choice.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
